Information accessed

With the account owner’s authorization, the tool accesses:

• YouTube: video identifiers, titles, publication dates, durations, public statistics and available channel-owned analytics, including viewing and engagement metrics.
• Instagram: professional account identifiers and username; Reel identifiers, captions, media types, publication dates and links; and available views, reach, likes, comments, saves, shares and watch-time insights.
• Authorization information: credentials and connection or renewal timestamps needed to access the authorized APIs.

The implemented collection workflow reads analytics and media metadata. It does not read private message contents or publish posts, comments or videos. It does not request account passwords through this website.

How information is used

Data is used to maintain performance checkpoints, compare the operator’s videos, produce provisional channel-specific growth estimates, evaluate those estimates against later results, and diagnose collection or authorization failures.

These estimates are analytical baselines, not guarantees or a validated measure of virality. The implemented workflow does not send API data to a general-purpose AI model for training.

Storage and access

Performance records and operational logs are stored in the operator’s Google spreadsheet. Instagram API credentials are stored in the associated Google Apps Script project’s Script Properties. Google manages authorization for the Google services used by the script.

The spreadsheet and script are kept private to the operator unless the operator deliberately changes access. Credentials are not intended to appear in spreadsheet cells, public website content or collection logs. No security measure can guarantee protection against every incident.

Service providers and disclosure

Google processes information to provide Sheets, Apps Script and the YouTube APIs. Meta processes information for the Instagram API connection. This website’s hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the website.

VITALITY does not sell account analytics or use them for advertising. The implemented analytics workflow does not publish these records on this website. Information may be disclosed if required by applicable law.

Retention and deletion

Stored performance snapshots and forecast records remain in the private spreadsheet until the operator removes them. Removing API authorization stops future authorized access; it does not automatically erase data already stored.

The operator can stop collection by disabling the Apps Script trigger, revoke the app’s access in Google or Instagram account settings, delete the saved Instagram credential from Script Properties, and remove the relevant spreadsheet records or delete the spreadsheet and script. Google and Meta may retain service records under their own policies.

Website visitors

This information website has no account registration, payment form, analytics dashboard or embedded social feed. Its page code does not set advertising cookies, load third-party tracking scripts or collect information through a form. Emailing the operator shares the information included in your message.

This policy may be updated when the tool or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
